It was another great collab, however...

So I liked what we had here, Loved the arguments among the star Fox team. But this is a N64 Collab and NO ONE did Goledeneye! Or Perfect Dark. Goldeneye was N64, it was one of the best games of it's time, it's still one of the best games around today! Why did no one do it?

Hey, here's something new. =P

I would usually rate this material as quite mediocre, but I feel compelled to give it higher ratings because of its originality, in the end the plot is the most important thing, and that is pretty original.

The animation and graphics are good. But all that's missing here is a little more flow. I found it a little hard to get into; I'm still not exactly sure what was going on exactly even though I understand the background. Unless the narrative is supposed to be shady, I think what is needed here is something to fill in the gaps between speech. Be it ambient environment sounds, movement / actions, or facial expressions. I think that this has the potential to be even better.

Oh and by the way, VOICE ACTORS, some of you have some acoustics in your recording rooms, and it really spoils the atmosphere when someone talks outside, and it sounds like their indoors. So I recommend finding a way to record outside or in a more sound-proofed room.

Thanks for the review =) Storytelling and pacing is something I'm still trying to get down pat, so understandable. I would drag my laptop outside and record but my mic's pretty old/cheap and I have to doctor alot of the acting at least for myself (I play the big black guy), so wind and stuff would probably end up being taken out. However, during all the outside scenes I did add background ambiance as much as possible, but I'll keep working on that.

This dissapointed me...

When I saw the intro I was really expecting something a lot better. The old cartoon intro style was very promising, but the actual cartoon itself was shorter than the intro and all in all a bit mundane. I understand the idea here but it needs a lot more work on it.

Your animation and drawing skills are brilliant! You showed me that you're capable of something great but the story in this just got a "Is that it?" from me. Don't let your skills go to waste, make a longer animation with more than just one joke and then you'll be complimenting your skills!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not trying to be mean but if you read the description, it would have saved you the time. I've been getting that it's short since it's been up and this was only a portfolio piece. Thank you and next time I should have an actual full cartoon up.

Pretty good, but plenty of room for improvemnt.

Animation was fine, graphics were fine, voice acting was fine, but the sound editing needed a little work. Like the guy below me said, the sound effects were a little bit repetative - making them seem a little less natural. When I say sound editing, I mean that the dialogue volume was a bit low, and it lacked in a few ambient sound effects.

But the biggest problem which made me give it a 3 rather than a 4 or 5 was the lack of evident story. There was a clear background: Kids have come back from a trick or treat night. The character development is fine. It takes little time for me to tell them apart. But you didn't structure the whole thing very fluently. The narrative started off ok, but there wasn't really much going on before the ending came out of no where.

The graphics and animation in this flash could have been awful but a well structured story would make up for it. It is the most important part of any flash, as it gives a significance to all that goes on within it.

You've shown that you have skill, now I want to see it put into a better concept. Therefore I wish you luck on your next project.

I agree with OnionsXD on this one.

It wasl just a bit predictable. I was thinking it would be a parody of an over-used kid's horror convention. It's not too bad. But it's not exactly new or anything. Voice acitng was fine. Graphics were fine. Animation needs a little more life to it though. It was a little slow and repetative. - But they're little things.

What's important is the story. I started watching this expecting to laugh - I didn't really get much of a smile from it.

There is a lot of potential in this flash, which tells me you CAN do a lot better. Please keep up the progression!

And of course it is only joking. The US (and Britain too) are a big mix of all cultures, especially seing as when the continent was discovered, every place in Europe wanted a piece. Which is why there are so many 'new' countries (new york, new Orleans).

As for the flash it's self. Very well animated. Good work on the lipsyncing, and so on. It was overall good quality, well worth front page.

It's got a good story to it.

Very good fan fiction, I haven't watched any of the other episodes, and yet this episode makes enough sense to keep me immersed. However, there is one thing that bugs me: the anime` drawing style. It's not bad, but it isn't exactly orriginal. I suppose we're a little far into he story now to start changing the appearence of all the characters, so I suppose this would just be a note to keep in mind for other flashes you may do.

Apart from that little problem, everything else is at 4/5 quality.

The graphics, animation, voice acting and drawing style etc are all great too.
